I have swam in the Spring! I also one day flew in a platoon airplane and landed on the Swanee river and we came near the mouth of the Spring. Hubby and went back later and swam in the Spring. I love the Spring at Old Town too.
Had Picnic at Manatee Springs one of the many natural Springs in the area and popular swimming hole.
We were treated to a visit from the local residence just on dusk.
